Julien Brunet practices intellectual property law, as well as new technologies, information and communication law. He advises and litigates in various sectors of activity (cinema, audiovisual, communication, publishing, music, personal data, new technologies).

Julien advises his clients in the legal structuring (contractual chains and financing) of film and audiovisual projects (feature films, TV series, streams, immersive works) and defends their interests in legal proceedings.

Julien has extensive expertise in new technologies and drafts commercial contracts for his clients in English and French (software licenses, GTCs, GTCs, partnership agreements). He ensures the compliance of companies, particularly in the digital sector, with the current data protection regulations, as well as with the control procedures of the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
