Keith M. Clemens, Commissioner of the Superior Court (Ret.), celebrates 50 years as an attorney this year. He became a Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner in 1991, serving in family law judicial assignments, initially in the North Valley District in San Fernando and then in Department 9 in what is now the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Commissioner Clemens has been a private judge for the past 26 years, limiting his practice as a neutral solely to adjudicating and mediating family law matters. He works through ARC (Alternative Resolution Centers).
