About/Bio

Mr. Kidder represents clients in high-stakes bankruptcy-related litigation.  He has extensive experience litigating adversary proceedings and contested matters in large, complex chapter 11 cases. Mr. Kidder is a lecturer at the UCLA School of Law, where he teaches Business Bankruptcy.  His writing on various bankruptcy topics has been published in the California Bankruptcy Journal, Collier Practice Guide, UCLA Law Review, and Law360.
