Tiffiny M. Walls-Fox is an experienced civil litigator and trial lawyer who has taken part in five trials, including three jury trials, as either lead or second chair. In her most recent case, she won a defense verdict in just 45 minutes after a three-week jury trial. She has successfully settled many cases involving business disputes, liability, wrongful death, and serious injury.
Tiffiny also works with insurance companies on investigations and defends public entities, such as cities and school districts, against claims related to unsafe conditions, employee misconduct, and employment issues. Additionally, she plays a key role in creating DEI programs to mentor and retain diverse legal talent.
