Yan Goldshteyn is the founder of the Spartan Law, a full service law firm. He is admitted to practice before the California State courts, United States District Court and the Board of Appeals. Mr. Goldshteyn has been recognized for excellence in his field with a SuperLawyers designation since 2016. He has successfully represented businesses, professionals, athletes, foreign nationals and officers, blue collar workers and wrongfully accused individuals in criminal courts throughout Southern California. He is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where he held leadership positions, organized and moderated a series of continuing legal education programs, consulted indigent clients and volunteered his time to serve the community.
