Jesse E. Morris, Esq. is the owner of the Los Angeles based music law firm, Morris Music Law, PC, where he primarily represents songwriters, artists, producers, managers, labels, publishers, and music-related tech companies. Additionally, Jesse is the founder of Music Law Pro, where he manages and oversees all other attorneys and staff. Jesse is a musician and composer of music himself who has been in several rock acts. Jesse was a co-chair of the LA Chapter of the Copyright Society, and has spoken at events for UCLA, USC, the Association of Independent Music Publishers, California Lawyers for the Arts, Digital Entertainment World, SXSW, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
John R. Baldivia is a senior associate of the firm, where he negotiates a wide variety of contracts for major label recording artists, songwriters, and prominent influencers. John joined Rossi, PC. with a strong background in music transactions, as well as entertainment and intellectual property litigation.
David Helfant’s experience in representing record producers, recording artists and record and publishing companies — together with his specialized expertise in counseling major motion picture studios and television, film and video production companies — enables him to lead, direct and counsel a wide variety of corporations, artists and above-the-line talent in their transactional and new media needs.
