About the Program

Join Robert Glassman and Nadine Khedry for a comprehensive discussion on navigating the legal complexities of premises-liability cases involving third-party criminal conduct. This presentation will explore how to successfully oppose defense motions for summary judgment, with a focus on key California case law, the application of the Rowland factors in establishing duty, and the strategic use of discovery including document requests, depositions, and public records to uncover evidence of foreseeability and property owner negligence.
