He has negotiated and structured agreements in music recording, publishing, licensing, management, production, and distribution, as well as video game development, copyright and trademark licensing, and film and streaming projects. His clientele includes musicians, songwriters, directors, producers, actors, designers, and internet content creators. Beyond individual creatives, Keith has represented business entities ranging from start-ups and technology firms to game developers, esports teams, and production companies, assisting with entity formation, governance, compliance, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his legal practice, Keith is deeply involved in the entertainment and legal communities. He is a former President and current Board Member of California Lawyers for the Arts and has served as an expert witness in high-profile copyright disputes such as Fahmy v. Jay Z and Big Ligas v. Paulo Londra.
