Before joining Latham, she clerked for Judge Patrick J. Urda of the US Tax Court and Magistrate Judge Wes Reber Porter of the US District Court for the District of Hawaii, and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. with honors from George Washington University Law School.
