About/Bio

Don Crawford is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Global Tax Practice Group, where he focuses on tax controversy and litigation, advising multinational corporations through all stages of tax disputes — including audit, administrative appeal, and litigation before the U.S. Tax Court and other federal courts. He has advised clients across the technology, consumer goods, and luxury retail industries on a broad range of matters, including transfer pricing disputes, intangible property valuations, clean energy tax credits, and domestic and international tax controversies. A proud alumnus of Howard University School of Law, Don is an active contributor to the tax community through publications and speaking engagements with organizations such as the American Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association, and the Tax Executives Institute, and maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on civil rights and nonprofit tax matters.
