Brian was born in London England, came to the US at age 18 and received a BA (w. hon.) and
an MA from Brigham Young University, both in political science. He earned his JD from the
University of Utah College of Law. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. J. Allan Crockett of the

Danielle Fellguth is the Arbitration Coordinator at the Writers Guild of America, West. She has
worked with the WGA for nearly 3 years. Prior to her work with WGA, she was a Senior Notes
Editor with Spotlight Entertainment Law Review. She has experience interning with Amazon
Studies, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and the Law Offices of Perry C Wander.
Danielle received her JD at USC Gould School of Law. While studying, she was also involved as
a Peer Mentor, and the Treasurer with the Entertainment Law Society, Diversity Chair with the
Music Law Society, Social Chair with the First-Generation Professional Society, and Co-Internal
Vice President with the Legal Technology Association. She was also the Senior Notes Editor at
USC Gould’s Entertainment Law Review.

Senior Director of Credits, Writers Guild of America, West

Lesley Mackey is the Senior Director of Credits at the Writers Guild of America, West. She has
been working with the WGA for over 28 years. She is responsible for supervising the Credits
department in all aspects of the administration of the credits provisions of the Writers Guild of
America collective bargaining agreement, the Theatrical and Television Basic Agreement. With
WGA she has handled individual credits cases and related investigations, developing and
implementing policy, testifying as an expert witness, and negotiating and drafting settlements.
