About the Program

Since the 1940s, when a dispute exists among two or more writers as to who should get writing credit for a movie or TV show, the Writers Guild of America (and its predecessor organizations) has determined those credits. Credits are a crucial decision with several consequences for writers and production companies. Learn everything you need to know about the arbitration of writing credits direct from those that do it daily: Lesley E. Mackey, Esq., Senior Director of Credits and Danielle Fellguth, Arbitration Coordinator of Writers Guild of America, West.
