Dr. Debra Dupree is a renowned mediator, speaker and trainer with over 30 years’ experience in the field. As the former Director of Training for Mediation Training Institute (MTI), she designed and delivered training with MTI’s founder, Dr. Dan Dana, for lawyers, leaders, and human resource professionals throughout North America, Hong Kong, and parts of Africa. She currently serves on the Employment Mediation Panel through the American Arbitration Association and is a AAA faculty member teaching ‘mediation essentials’ and ‘advanced mediation’ techniques for lawyer advocates and new mediators.
