Ramit Mizrahi is a full-time mediator specializing exclusively in employment law, bringing 20 years of expertise. She prepares meticulously and explores the issues of each case to assist parties in reaching a resolution. Ramit recognizes that emotional intelligence (EQ) is as vital as intellectual intelligence (IQ). She is a compassionate and empathetic mediator, connecting well with both parties and their counsel. Known for her tenacity in follow-up, she persists until a resolution is achieved.

Ramit graduated from Yale Law School and holds a Master’s degree with Merits from the London School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree with Highest Honors from UC-Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She has trained at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and clerked for Hon. Richard A. Paez, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
