Shannon C. Lamb APC
About/Bio

I provide proactive and preventive legal guidance for individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and boards in a range of matters and industries. With 25 years of experience in the legal field, I have successfully negotiated and resolved over 2,500 matters, many before a lawsuit was filed.

I graduated from Loyola Law School and Berkeley Law’s General Counsel Institute, where I honed my skills in technology, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. I remain an avid student of the law, participating in over 150 hours of continuing legal education in 2022.

I have earned the Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating (Judicial Edition) from my colleagues, which reflects the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards. I additionally maintain a 10.0 Superb rating at Avvo.com: https://www.avvo.com/attorneys/92612-ca-shannon-lamb-253591.html#client_reviews

Litigation avoidance and early dispute resolution are vital aspects of my practice and I frequently speak and write about these important topics. I most recently authored Maximizing Mediation: Roadmap for Successful Advocacy in the September 2023 issue of Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and I currently serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the Orange County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution section.

An active member of my local community, I am an Arbitrator for the Fee Arbitration Committee for the OCBA, a volunteer for the Constitutional Rights Foundation, OC, and I serve on the Board of Directors for WISEPlace and Mariposa Center. I am also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

I am admitted to practice law in California and its federal courts.

My entrepreneurial, philanthropic, and inquisitive kid inspires me every day.
