We will provide actionable tips about navigating through the application process, what to look for when buying a cyberinsurance policy, what add-ons to ask for, addressing your choice of preferred vendors and outside counsel, and working through the claims process to make sure that your organization is getting the fullest scope of coverage possible.
Karl Manheim has been on the full-time faculty since 1984. He was co-director of the Program for Law & Technology at the California Institute of Technology and Loyola Law School. He has also taught at UCLA Law School (2017), the University of Southern California Law School (1996), the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing (1992), the University of Bologna (2007, 2010) and the University of Aix-Marseille (2012-15). In 2007, he was special counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property. Before joining the full-time faculty, he was a Visiting Professor at Loyola, and in the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office.
Professor Manheim teaches in the areas of Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Technology.
Aleksandra Zimonjic has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Aleksandra began their career in 2000 as an Attorney at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP. In 2001, they moved to Gumport Reitman LLP, where they specialized in asset recovery litigation and financial fraud. In 2009, they joined Landau Gottfried & Berger LLP as an Attorney, where they represented various interested parties in business litigation and corporate restructuring/liquidation matters. In 2015, they co-founded Citadella Media LLC, a mobile application development studio, and was responsible for all legal aspects of the app’s operations. In 2018, they became an Attorney at Film & Ink Law Group PC. Currently, they are a Senior Legal Counsel at Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO).
