Our speaker, Randy Spiro, Esq., will address how estate planning for older adults has changed with COVID-19. The presentation will include a practical discussion of remote notarization and/or witnesses, the use of holographic pour-over wills and formal wills where witnesses are unavailable.

Mr. Spiro will discuss how elderly clients often ignore their problems. He will discuss timely issues such as who is watching the helpers and are lawyers becoming scriveners.
