Stella Ling, Esq. is the Assistant General Counsel for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. She provides legal support for about 3,000 sales associates in 40 offices throughout Southern California. Before joining Berkshire Hathaway in 2014, Stella was the managing senior attorney for the California Association of REALTORS®, where she worked for 15 years. Stella received her undergraduate degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles. She received her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law.

Stephanie Wolf has been with Pickford Escrow since 2000, and has been in the escrow field since 1997. She currently serves as the Brentwood Branch Manager and Escrow Officer, regional Director of Operations for Los Angeles County, Relocation Escrow Director, and on their advisory council.

Martha Mosier has been an integral part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties (formerly Prudential California Realty) since 2008, where she currently serves as President and General Counsel. In her role, she oversees all operational aspects of the brokerage’s 46 offices and its affiliated escrow company, Pickford Escrow, which operates 16 offices across Southern California.

Before assuming the presidency, Martha led Pickford Escrow as President. She brings extensive legal and real estate expertise to her leadership roles, having obtained her California Bar License in 1992 and her Real Estate Broker’s License in 1996. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Martha served as in-house litigation counsel for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT), where she spent over a decade defending real estate professionals in a variety of legal matters.

Martha’s legal background includes positions with the California Attorney General’s office and the Fourth District Court of Appeals. She has tried numerous cases involving real estate disputes and remains highly active in industry-related risk management efforts. She has held vice-chair positions with both the San Diego and Orange County Association of Realtors’ Risk Management Committees and has served on the Strategic Defense Counsel for the California Association of Realtors.

As President Los Angeles County Manager, Bill Thomas has been in the Title Industry since 1987. Bill is also the Advisory Title Officer of California Title’s three branches. He is currently an active member of the CLTA Forms and Practices Committee. His experience includes residential resale, commercial, and probate/trust work. Bill works with five different underwriters and will thoroughly explore all avenues available to him to assure the title unit will have timely and accurate closings. His willingness to see things through and to be sure clients’ needs are met sets him apart from the competition. Whether it’s a simple question or a complex Title issue, real estate professionals and their customers can be confident they can rely on Bill’s ability to work out the correct solution. Most important to Bill is that he not only meets but exceeds clients’ expectations. Clients would characterize him as dependable, honest and trustworthy.
