This presentation shows how to easily and effectively draft must-have pet-oriented boilerplate provisions for the estate planning client and comprehensive trusts for those clients who want special attention for their precious pet. Tim Midura’s legal work is based in Illinois and his credentials include: Juris Doctor, LL.M. in Taxation, and Certified Public Accountant. On estate planning for pets, he has presented for the American Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and written for the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine.
