One of his interests is showcasing to estate/trust and financial professionals how to effectively and efficiently integrate animal interests into everyday estate plan drafting. Tim Midura’s legal work is based in Illinois and his credentials include: Juris Doctor, LL.M. in Taxation, and Certified Public Accountant. On estate planning for pets, he has presented for the American Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and written for the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine.
