About the Program

Exploring the evolving world of intellectual property (IP) in the realm of Generative AI. We will discuss the use of Generative AI and what creations are eligible for protection according to the latest guidelines from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USTPO) as well as nuances of safeguarding creations borne through AI algorithms. Moreover, we will address the risks in leveraging information generated by diverse AI programs.
