Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning: Why They are Important to Your Law Firm and Your Client
Law Firms are vulnerable to business disruption caused by accidental or natural disasters. Since law firms often receive and transmit their clients' valuable data, a disruption in the firms business may cause a disruption in their clients' businesses. With proper planning, the effect of such disruptive attacks can be considerably reduced. This presentation will focus on business continuity planning, and will also briefly discuss disaster recovery concepts. Participants will learn how law firms (and their clients) can implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans on a reasonable budget.
