He specializes in profit participations with a focus on performing audits of the production and distribution of motion picture and television programs on behalf of third-party participants, including actors, directors, producers, investors and studios.
Interests include entertainment, business development, strategic planning, corporate finance, M&A, tech, DTC, e-commerce, and digital media.
Viviana Zarragoitia is a Vice President in Three Point Capital’s lending division, which finance tax incentives and distribution agreements for film/TV. Viviana has been involved in the financing of over 100 independent films and received over 20 Executive Producer credits. She is an entertainment finance professional with over 14 years of experience in the entertainment industry.Â
Peter Klass, CFE, is a leader in GHJ’s Filmed Entertainment Practice and has more than 20 years of entertainment accounting and audit experience specializing in profit participations and contract compliance. Peter has extensive consulting experience in connection with complex profit sharing arrangements, film/TV performance analysis, dispute resolution and litigation support. He has represented financiers, talent, producers and rights-holders.b
