Dancing around the Issue: A Discussion of Developments in Video Game Law
Please join us for a discussion of current issues in video game law, including the recent flurry of lawsuits against Epic Games over dance moves in the video game Fortnite. In addition, our speakers will discuss the ongoing likeness disputes regarding tattoos in video games, the lawsuit concerning Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive for use of the trademark-protected name "Pinkerton" in the game "Red Dead Redemption 2," the FTC's investigation of loot box monetization, among other matters.
