About the Beverly Hills Bar Association

Who we are
The Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA) is a California bar association serving attorneys across the state. Founded in 1931 in Los Angeles County and now in its tenth decade, BHBA has grown into a statewide community of nearly 8,500 lawyers and law students in 45 practice area sections, and its email list reaches 1 in 3 California attorneys.
BHBA's work centers on serving its members, leading the legal profession, and advocating for justice. That means advocating for legislation and legal decisions that strengthen the justice system, supporting equal rights, and championing the independence of the judiciary. It also means giving California lawyers a real voice through legislative advocacy, pro bono programs, leadership opportunities, networking events, and publications.
As a State Bar of California Approved MCLE Provider (#43), BHBA is a statewide resource for CLE, offering more than 1,400 programs, live and OnDemand, so attorneys anywhere in California can earn credit and meet their MCLE requirements on their own schedule.
