BHBA is thriving, and we owe much of our success to our dedicated section leaders. Tell us what you are interested in on the form below. Questions can go to .
Three ways to get involved
Section participation. A good place to start if you want to meet people in your practice area before taking on a role.
Section leadership. Leading a section puts you at the front of the conversation in your practice area and in front of the practitioners who follow it.
Student ambassador. Represent BHBA at your law school. A named role with a bar association, a line on your resume before you graduate, and a reason to be in the room with practicing attorneys.
Who can apply
Section participation requires membership at the Sustainer level or higher.
Leadership requires current membership, an active or retired California bar license, and practice or recognized expertise in the section’s subject area.
Student ambassadors must be law students and BHBA members. Membership is free at bhba.org/nextgen.
