The training is hosted on BHBA+, a custom-built online CLE platform that tracks viewing and automatically issues certificates based on attendance. The platform also features a user-friendly dashboard for easy progress tracking, similar to regular CLE compliance.
This training qualifies for at least 40 hours of CLE credit, including two hours of Legal Ethics.

This portion of the training consists of 15 self-paced hours, providing participants with a comprehensive foundation in dispute resolution, including the history and theory of its role as a problem-solving technique within the justice system. It emphasizes key communication and problem-solving skills, the roles and responsibilities of neutral parties, and techniques for managing disputes and achieving settlements. Participants will engage with real-world case scenarios such as landlord-tenant disputes, master the administrative aspects of dispute resolution, including case intake and settlement agreements, and grasp the significance of voluntary, consensual participation throughout the process.

Participants will explore strategies for managing neurodiversity, mastering mass tort resolution, and leveraging emotional intelligence and communication styles. The program includes practical insights into Evidence Code mediation rules, integrating expert witnesses, and adding value in high-stakes M&A deals, while addressing pacing, timing, and managing unexpected ethical situations. With a focus on both foundational and innovative approaches, this training equips mediators to navigate complex cases and foster effective resolutions.

It covers key topics like wage-and-hour disputes, employee benefits, discrimination claims, and trade secrets. The training focuses on practical strategies for mediating complex cases involving federal and state laws, whistleblower claims, and class actions. Participants will also develop skills in managing emotions, addressing harassment, and calculating damages while navigating real-world challenges and balancing business interests with employee rights.

Each 40-hour training provides a total of 40 hours of CLE, including two hours of Legal Ethics (70 hours total with all three elective tracks), access to at least 10 hours of hands-on practical training, educational materials and reference guides, additional handouts, a user-friendly dashboard for easy progress tracking, and a certificate of completion.
