Family Law Forms and Procedures in California. The practical side of family law practice, including a deep dive into Requests for Orders, filing and service, common timeframes, custody considerations, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, and pay stub analysis.
Advanced Topics in California Family Law. More complex and specialized topics, including insights from the bench, discovery procedures, preparing declarations, reading basic tax returns, and understanding financial information.
