Self-Study CLE in California

Audio versions of Beverly Hills Bar Association programs are eligible for Self-Study CLE credit in California. Complete the form below and your certificate is sent automatically. Questions can go to .

How Self-Study credit works

Attorneys may complete up to 12.5 hours of Self-Study CLE during each three-year compliance period.
Audio versions of BHBA programs qualify for Self-Study credit in California.
You may only receive CLE credit for watching or listening to a program once.
To find your compliance group and deadlines, visit the State Bar of California website.

If you need Participatory credit

Self-Study and Participatory are different categories, and most of your requirement must be Participatory.
The BHBA CLE store has 1,400+ multi-state accredited videos eligible for Participatory credit.
If you are unsure which you need, check your compliance group first.

If you are a BHBA member at the Sustainer level or higher, your CLE certificate will be emailed to you after submission. All other users will receive an invoice to pay the $45 CLE fee for the podcast. The CLE certificate will be issued after payment, and a copy will be stored in your BHBA+ profile.
