Jana Gardner is Senior Counsel with the California Association of REALTORS®. Since joining C.A.R. in 2014, she has primarily focused on advising members through the Legal Hotline as well as presenting legal update outreaches and teaching classes on disclosures and the RPA. Additionally, Jana prepares legal resources such as the Legal Q&As and Quick Guides, and also co-hosts C.A.R.’s Legal Matters Podcast.
Prior to joining C.A.R she practiced commercial real estate law focusing on the acquisition, financing, and leasing of commercial properties. Jana received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from San Diego State University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California.
