Alternative Resolution Centers (ARC)

Eydith Kaufman brings 25 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, having worked in high-volume trial firms and handled a wide variety of cases, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, commercial and contractual disputes, and personal injury, among other areas. Ms. Kaufman is dedicated to helping clients navigate injuries, insults, and impasses to avoid further litigation.

In the early stages of her career, she primarily focused on defense work, but she also gained valuable experience representing plaintiffs, including her first trial, which involved a pregnancy discrimination case.

Upon returning to defense work, Ms. Kaufman earned a reputation for her respectful and professional demeanor, which often allowed her to resolve issues informally with plaintiffs’ counsel when possible, while still zealously advocating for her clients’ positions. She has gone to trial on cases involving brain injuries, wrongful death, and multi-plaintiff bodily injury.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kaufman has represented a diverse range of clients, including individuals unfamiliar with the legal system, small businesses, large corporations, and governmental agencies.
