Comm. Patti C. Ratekin (Ret.) brings over 31 years of experience in the Family Court system. A Certified Family Law Specialist, her expertise spans alternative dispute resolution, child support, and spousal support matters. She has served on the Department of Child Support Services Guideline Child Support Calculator Task Force, the Superior Court Family Law Committee, Superior Court Rules Committee and the CJER Family Law Curriculum Committee. She created the curriculum for the Primary Assignment Training for AB1058 Child Support Commissioners and has lectured extensively on family law across California. She is currently serving as a neutral, Privately Compensated Temporary Judge, Special Master, Arbitrator and Parenting Plan Coordinator at Signature Resolution in San Diego.
