About the Program

While primarily a transactional practice, Fertility Law is often at the edge of social issues and human rights. The practice protects the rights of those using the assistance of a surrogate and/or a sperm/egg/embryo donor to become parents. We will cover the basics of the rights, responsibilities and obligations of the parties that are incorporated into the legal contracts as well as the steps necessary to obtain legal parentage for our clients. We will also touch on the intersectionality of Fertility Law with other practices such as family, immigration, employment law and Trusts & Estates planning.
