However, it will go beyond the nuts and bolts – we will do a deep dive into how to use your party’s deposition to posture the case with the other side, opposing counsel, and other decision makers. This program is appropriate for both newer and seasoned litigators.

In addition to being a passionate advocate and founder of Fraigun Law Group, she regularly mentors younger lawyers, done a lot of lecturing and teaching, has acted as a Judge pro tem, and judged moot court. On a personal level, Marina is happily married and has two young adult sons. She is an avid hiker and Peloton enthusiast.
