This program will go through the nuts and bolts of preparing your client for and effectively defending a deposition. However, it will go beyond the nuts and bolts – we will do a deep dive into how to use your party’s deposition to posture the case with the other side, opposing counsel, and other decision makers. This program is appropriate for both newer and seasoned litigators.
Marina Kats Fraigun is the founder of Fraigun Law Group. She is a Plaintiff’s employment attorney. She has been practicing for over 26 years. She has been named one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Southern California, Top 100 Lawyers in Southern California for several years in a row, and has earned the Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating. She is an aggressive employment attorney and has been called a “pit bull”. In addition to being a passionate advocate and founder of Fraigun Law Group, she regularly mentors younger lawyers, done a lot of lecturing and teaching, has acted as a Judge pro tem, and judged moot court. On a personal level, Marina is happily married and has two young adult sons. She is an avid hiker and Peloton enthusiast.
