Brian C. Schaller has over a dozen years of experience bringing a business-focused mentality to his work. This allows his clients to rely on him to give practical advice to move forward with business initiatives and to close deals. 

His practice focuses on the worlds of real money gambling/gaming, video gaming, entertainment, social media, and retail. In those industries, he advises on matters in three distinct areas: Technology Transactions, Marketing and Advertising, and Privacy.

Brian serves as an integral part of InfoLawGroup’s artificial intelligence (AI) practice, utilizing his years of experience advising on cutting edge technologies in consumer privacy realms. In addition, Brian has recently focused deeply on real money gaming/gambling compliance including for online casinos, sports betting, skill gaming, esports and fantasy sports. He is also recognized as a go-to attorney for work related to communicating with consumers, e.g. calling/texting (TCPA, state mini-TCPAs, carrier requirements) and emailing (CAN-SPAM).

Brian drafts and negotiates a broad variety of agreements ranging from technology (e.g. SaaS agreements) to talent, music and influencer agreements. His marketing and advertising work extends to brand integration, marketing to children (e.g. COPPA compliance), promotions (e.g. sweepstakes and contests), marketing (signage, POS) and social media.

Brian is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (“IAPP”) and is certified CIPP/US and is a certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP).

Pam Reynolds is a seasoned business affairs and legal professional with more than 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry. As the Director and Associate General Counsel of Legal Affairs at Amazon MGM Studios, she drives innovation and change within the organization, having been instrumental in the integration of the storied MGM Studios into Amazon.

Reynolds is a critical member of the legal leadership team for Amazon MGM Studios. She handles a diverse portfolio that includes franchise and library management, theatrical marketing and distribution, consumer products and interactive licensing, and stage. She works closely with the interdisciplinary team, including motion picture, interactive, marketing and strategy executives on the company’s franchises, including James Bond, Rocky / Creed and the Pink Panther.

Reynolds’ impressive career began as a litigator at Greenberg Glusker before transitioning to roles in business affairs and legal at Paramount Pictures and MGM. Reynolds is a member of the executive branch of both the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and the Television Academy. In 2022, as Head of MGM’s On-Stage division, she co-produced two hit musicals, “Some Like It Hot” and “New York, New York,” which, collectively, garnered 22 Tony Award nominations and 5 wins.

Mitch Federer

Mitch Federer is a founding partner of the boutique entertainment law firm of Weinstein Senior, LLP. His client list includes production companies, actors, directors, writers, filmmakers, athletes, influencers, chefs, and corporate executives. Prior to Weinstein Senior, Mitch was a senior associate at Del Shaw Moonves Takanaka Finkelstein Lezcano Bobb & Dang. Before going the law-firm route, Mitch spent a large part of his career in-house, holding positions such as Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs at Kinetic Content, where he was responsible for all business and legal affairs, human resources, and general corporate matters. He was a member of the executive management team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business and its 400 employees. He provided advice and counsel on all corporate business matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, corporate real estate, public relations, employee relations, terminations, investigations, and general business guidance.

The Tampa, Florida native also worked at GRB Entertainment as the Senior Counsel & Managing Partner, Business & Legal Affairs, where he managed day-to-day operations of the business & legal affairs department. He also spearheaded the company’s digital production and distribution division.

Mitch also was the Manager of Business & Legal Affairs at Mark Burnett Productions, where he worked on such productions as The Voice, Shark Tank, Survivor, and The Apprentice.

He started his law career as a civil defense litigation attorney at Ramey & DeBlanc, LLP.

Mitch received his bachelor’s degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida and earned his J.D. at Southwestern Law School. An avid sailor and mountain biker, he competes in triathlons and loves to coach his daughter’s soccer team.

Damon Bonesteel is Senior Vice President, Legal, Distribution, Marketing and Localization for the WB Global Motion Pictures Group at Warner Bros. Entertainment. He heads the department responsible for handling legal affairs issues for the theatrical distribution and marketing of Warner Bros.’ motion pictures worldwide and related business operations and strategic initiatives. He also heads up legal affairs for the localization and versioning of Warner Bros. Discovery’s film, television, and games content around the world. Damon graduated from Duke University and Loyola Law School and joined Warner Bros. in1999.
