Kenneth P. Williams is a successful trial attorney and Partner at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, where he defends corporations across the country in sophisticated coverage, property, product liability, and commercial litigation matters. His practice encompasses the representation of insurance carriers and individual corporations in coverage and personal injury litigation, as well as the litigation of high-stakes employment discrimination cases on behalf of private individuals. Ken also has deep experience defending civil rights and wrongful death claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, representing law enforcement officers, correctional personnel, and municipal entities against allegations of constitutional violations, inadequate medical care, and institutional liability.
