Join us for an in-depth exploration of California’s SB 940, signed into law on September 29, 2024. This webinar will unpack the new certification process for mediators, arbitrators, and other non-judicial ADR providers, as well as revisions to California arbitration law related to disclosures and consumer arbitration. Ana Sambold and Paul Burns will discuss the implications for litigators and ADR professionals, highlight the real-world impact on California ADR practices, and examine the controversies that led to this legislation.
Whether you’re a litigator representing clients in arbitration or an ADR professional, this session will provide critical insights into how SB 940 will shape your practice.
