About the Program

As of January 1, 2024, most civil cases venued in California state courts will be subject to new mandatory discovery procedures as codified by Code of Civil Procedure 2016.090. This program, led by distinguished litigators Paul Kiesel and Greg Sperla, will address the type of discovery and evidence subject to this mandatory disclosure, limitations of the mandate, continuing obligations, potential pitfalls and ramifications of failure to comply, and the anticipated challenges and solutions this new obligation poses to both defense and plaintiff’s counsel alike.
