Kristine E. Kwong, Esq. serves as Senior Partner at Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP in Los Angeles, where she specializes in employment and labor law. With over 30 years of experience, Kristine advises and represents clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wage and hour, and executive employment contracts. She is also an experienced neutral investigator, mediator, and hearing officer in workplace and civil disputes, and serves as an arbitrator for the Employment and Consumer Panel with the American Arbitration Association. Prior to joining Musick, Peeler & Garrett, Kristine held positions at several prominent law firms and has served as an expert witness in human resources and accommodation cases. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, and her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Stephanie Cubacha is the Vice President of Employment of the American Arbitration Association – International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) based in the Los Angeles Regional Office. In this role Stephanie administers large complex cases, assists with recruiting Panelists, and promotes the AAA-ICDR’s mission and vision through outreach and education. Prior to joining AAA, Stephanie practiced family and immigration law in the Chicagoland area. Stephanie received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.
