Judge Fahey’s 14 years as a senior trial attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and 7 years as a Judge on the Superior Court have given her an extraordinary ability to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of complex litigation, leading to settlements in the majority of her cases. Judge Fahey has received high praise for her ability to work with contentious litigants in emotionally charged cases. She is tenacious and perseveres until each case is resolved.
Hon. Tricia Bigelow (Ret.) has led a distinguished career defined by a caring approach and a commitment to justice. From her tenure as a deputy attorney general, Municipal Court Judge and Superior Court Judge to her appointment as a Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, she’s gained a reputation throughout California for her ability to authentically connect with people.
