About the Program

There is no limit on the amount a jury may award for emotional damages. Therefore, emphasizing your client?s emotional damages is critical to maximizing recovery in employment cases. For many attorneys, proving emotional distress at trial is challenging as it’s not taught in law school and it is not easily calculable like economic damages. The panelists will demystify proving emotional distress at trial with tried and tested examples.
