Bryan Mashian is known as one of the top real estate attorneys in Los Angeles. Bryan has practiced law for over thirty-five years and serves as the chair of the AIR CRE Contracts Committee. He specializes in commercial real estate transactions and has represented institutional, middle-sized, and entrepreneurial clients in a wide range of real estate deals. With a focus on office, retail, and industrial properties, Bryan has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, as well as buyers, sellers, and borrowers in commercial loan modifications and negotiations.
Prior to founding his own firm in 2006, Bryan spent twenty years at Buchalter in downtown Los Angeles where he served as partner, shareholder, and head of the real estate department. He brings a strategic and practical approach to analyzing transactional issues and risks, and takes pride in his ability to creatively solve problems and help clients navigate complex real estate transactions.
