Our speaker is regarded as a prominent expert witness in transactional litigation. He has testified as an expert witness for over 40 years in hundreds of matters and is a published author on the subject including chapter 13 of the CEB’s 2 Volume Treatise on Real Estate Brokers Law and Litigation.
