A veteran (20+) international transactional entertainment and fashion attorney, Alessandra has recently moved to Los Angeles from Milano and founded her own business and legal affairs boutique after having headed the U.S. division of a leading global law firm. Her oversight includes entertainment and fashion law, transactional IP/IT law, film financing, production and coproduction negotiations, audiovisual development, talent agreements, licensing and distribution, and Hollywood guilds regulation.
Alessandra has graduated in law both in Italy and in the California, she is fully licensed in both jurisdictions, and she is an Italian and US citizen: she has acquired a vast experience in a global legal environment with regards to international business transactions and she has successfully assisted clients with reference to numerous of cross boarders deals and in particular with international co-productions. Her job mainly consists in supporting major independent production companies as a legal executive/ attorney, on secondment.
Alessandra is adjunct professor for International Entertainment Law course at Loyola Law School in Spring 2025, and has served as a governor on the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA) Board of Governors, been chair of the Association’s international committee of the BHBA, and chair of the IP Committee of the American Bar Association, International Law Section.
