Melissa works primarily in civil litigation centered around Real Estate, Construction, and Insurance Coverage law. Melissa assists property owner and management clients in claims related to habitability, discrimination, indemnity rights and compliance with various federal, state and local county ordinances. In addition to civil litigation, Melissa counsels clients in negotiating and drafting contracts which protect their interests, including licensing agreements, sponsorship contracts, releases, NDAs, property management agreements, vendor agreements and construction contracts.
