I am a private Fiduciary. I act as a third-party neutral in circumstances where there is a death or incapacitation of a Settlor or a family dispute over the distribution of assets. I also act as an Administrator over assets that are subject to probate.
I am based out of Los Angeles, but my practice is throughout the entire State of California.
Sara is a private Professional Fiduciary licensed by the California Professional Fiduciary Bureau and is also a National Certified Guardian. As a former Trust and Estate Paralegal, she has over 25 years of experience in guiding clients through the Trust Administration process, Probate Administration process and in the worst-case scenario, the litigation process. If litigation is involved, Sara’s philosophy stands steady at resolving a contentious litigation verses spending valuable trust and estate resources litigating matters to the potential detriment to the beneficiaries.
