Prior to joining L4GG, A.C. Meyer spent 4 years working in tax and policy at an Am Law 50 firm helping clients structure clean energy projects in ways that qualified for clean energy tax credits. A.C.’s experience with the clean energy tax credits contained in the Inflation Reduction Act (“IRA”) began before the legislation’s passage as they kept clients up to date as congress revised the bill prior to its passage and subsequent enactment into law.
