Adam M. Carlson is the managing partner of Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook in Walnut Creek, where he represents plaintiffs in complex litigation involving wrongful death, civil rights violations, and catastrophic personal injury. Adam helped develop and teach numerous Contra Costa County Bar Association immersive education series, including a three-part program focused on building deposition skills for newer attorneys. Through that program and other professional education efforts, he has worked to help lawyers develop practical tools for taking and defending effective depositions in modern litigation.
