Adam Hime is Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Deputy General Counsel at Fifth Season, formerly Endeavor Content, a global entertainment studio whose projects include Severance, Nine Perfect Strangers, and Tokyo Vice. He leads the studio’s scripted television and feature film business and legal affairs practice, overseeing studio licenses, co-productions, rights acquisitions, and talent agreements. He also oversees the studio’s intellectual property and litigation practice group.
