Alex McKay is an attorney of counsel with NorCal Advocates, where his practice focuses exclusively on representing injured workers. His work covers the full range of California workers’ compensation claims, including complex and consolidated cases, ADR and collectively bargained programs, Labor Code §132a discrimination petitions, serious and willful misconduct petitions, and major injury claims involving traumatic brain injuries, amputations, and severe burns. He brings nearly a decade of experience in the California workers’ compensation system to this session, and received a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Negotiations and Settlements during his legal studies.
