Alexander Lee is a partner and heads the tax practice in the Los Angeles office of Cooley LLP. Mr. Lee concentrates his practice in mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, and lending and finance, with an emphasis on complex international corporate transactions. Mr. Lee has vast experience dealing with large multinational corporations and emerging technology companies on a broad range of corporate and tax issues. He has worked on over 150 successful IPO’s on the United States and foreign markets and has advised on numerous other global debt and equity offerings. In addition, Mr. Lee has provided tax advice on over one-thousand domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions.
