Amy Takeuchi Wanlass is Senior Director of Family Office Planning at BMO Wealth Management, bringing over a decade of expertise in estate planning, tax advisory, and complex wealth transfer strategies for individuals and families. Prior to joining BMO, she served as Senior Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor at Northern Trust and as a Senior Wealth Planner at Wells Fargo Private Bank, and earlier in her career practiced as a trusts and estates attorney at nationally recognized law firms including Venable LLP and Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP. Amy holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in History and Theatre from UC Davis, and is a member of the California State Bar.
